12,000 staff of a company had been laid off, and to follow another 10,000. This is just from one company. Others are doing the same. They are being replaced by AIs and robots. Is this a new phenomenon? No, 4IR had been around for a long time. Who are the creators of these Ais and robots, some of whom got laid off.

The very angry people who got laid off and mind you,

anger is not a good thing.

The rational becomes irrational.

Google and read, "Failure rate of business transformation" by McKinsey or any established reports from well-established professionals. What were Elon Musk's deep strategies and that of DOGE? Chop down the obvious. Replace with what? Those who will support the current President's party.

Blue collar jobs had shifted from pro- Democrats to pro-Republican over the years although both sides claim to represent them.

Can AI replace their jobs, both blue collar and white collar? If so, how are the humans reskilled or they are totally unemployed in order to be more Chinese or Eastern Global companies?
