I have interest in history.
I have interest in people.
I have interest in development.
All these combined, I am a management consultant with a knack of solving problems, genuine interest in improving lives, building generational businesses, reading and writing.
To find out ways to solve things, I met up with the finest thinkers of times. Most of them who were in leadership position, some I took pictures with and others I don't. But whoever were there or arranged those meetings knew I was there. There's a whole list of Who's Who that were/are my friends or welcomed to be a family member . Kam U Tee, Lim Chong Eu and Ani Arope to name a few.

Danger of Social Media
How many of you, check facts first before posting?
How many of you think first deeply, consider all the alternatives, mind-map - before you write your thoughts out then post?
How many of you read all other comments, opinions, other portals, leads and sources, before summarising and concluding properly?
How many of you did knee-jerk reactions and when what you wrote is proven inaccurate, posted, an apology note or even sent to the person whom you wrote badly against?
How many does Harvard Referencing System, check date and time stamp of information?
Oh, how many of you like me?
My clients or business partners?
Not all of them like me but they give me good space and they respect me.
Why?
Because I'm that honest enough to tell you what's wrong with your organisation, with you and also admit my own grave mistakes, if any.
And I don't have to use foul languages to send my messages across.
Social media has become a kangaroo court and a circus.
It may not hurt you now, it will hurt you eventually.
How so?
So, someone was stating, Karma.
Fine.
Think. What and when did you write good or bad about someone last?
Because of what you wrote, what happened to the people you wrote about?
Consider when an author writes in social media, what motivates to write? Is it to be an influencer?
Is it to be popular?
Is it to get as many views as possible and win an award?
Is it to increase businesses and network?
Is there a hidden agenda?
When you write, who are you?
I know some interesting people in life who are contrinbuting changes to world's economy, business, entrepreneurship and governance. They withdrew from social media because they or I are "the minorities". And practically we dont want to waste time proving whether we are right or wrong. We just don't engage anymore.
Social media at its worst level - inciting hate and bullying, when claiming not.

I have a new friend, I should say. Why I like reading and commenting on his posts was because he wrote professionally and well-thought. On his last posting, I disagreed with his post but that doesn't mean that I dislike him or I think he is prejudiced, bias or whatever because I had read all his other materials and some - I can connect with.
He touched on a rape case offering a male perspective and how it could have been like the article above. He was not representing anyone, he was representing himself as a writer and thinker. Unfortunately, he was called out by the women's advocate, his legal committee and a Minister. So he deleted everything. I had decided to reach out to him whether he knows me or not but I gave him my moral support.
So now, a country rejected a Malaria mosquito solution because the President says so. Another President said, there's not going to be a global warming any time soon and by the time global warming happens, he and we are long dead. His country wants you to declare your social medias' addresses because there can only be one majority interest. Your minotiry voice is negligible loss and a collateral damage.
I am for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion but I do agree with the President who I will not mention his name that it has gone to the point of silliness.
Removing names like Dick from Enid Blyton book because it is a male organ.

I got kicked out from a party organised by the black because I dressed as Obama during a Halloween party because I was deemed to insult the black community.
When I call myself "a Chink", my British friends accept me. We watched rugby and play games online.
Generation Z left the social media because the adults from 1940s onward took over their space making it their place to complain, video, politicising, hating etc. They migrated to a new place and disassociate from you. Why? Well, I bet you did the same during your era. Now, babies born in 2025 are known as Generation Beta. So please dont ruin their future.
Since there are smarty-pants around, when someone is in trouble, guess who will come to pay your bills? Your fans? your viewers? your so-called friends? Or will you be posting a white flag as well like what I had seen? The social twats are the ones that start to call names when they cannot get to influence you and instead fear that you distract their viewers away or that their own foundations are shaken. Remember, motives are strong motivation.
Social media is the poison. Who causes suicide? You.

Since Palestinian causes are loud all over the world especially in Europe and the US, where are the major protests in the neighbouring countries?
Since the Americans thesmelves are having domestic problems with ICE and migration, where are the protest groups from those who from non-Western countries? What about the Germans, Dutch, English who were hit with batons, bleeding and jailed for several years for protesting on "not your country's business" but on issues - genocide, migration etc.
Where is freedom to voice?
Don't be one-sided.
