World of Intelligence (Espionage, Spies etc.)

Recently, I touched base with a top management of an organisation:
"I'm not sure if that interests you as my company is a China SOE."
"China's State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) are massive, state-controlled corporations central to the nation's economic and political structure, accounting for ~25% of GDP and ~40% of market cap on major exchanges. They dominate key sectors, with 85 of the 135 Chinese companies on the 2023 Fortune Global 500 being state-owned."
With the conclusion of the Winter Olympics, Eileen Gu switched allegiance from the U.S. to China, facing "traitor" accusations and receiving death threats,
Tariffs and espionage accusations abound in the trade world, it is no wonder that this has harmed social networking.

It is taught in every military college, Sun Tzu's Chapter XIII, use of spies. Management consulting firms, including the largest, deploy spies and use business intelligence tools. In fact, Queen Elizabeth's trip to a highly classified factory was monitored by a top global management consultancy firm. and all the process lines, machines were replicated for their client.
I am keen on what happened during Cuckoo's Egg, as we have tons of holes to cover from non-military to full military specs. These days are made worse with cryptos and scams, so special specialists are required to catch these people with more than just traceability.
In some aspect, to catch a thief, is to deploy a thief. Same as my chaps sitting there at a mall, with counters counting the number of footfalls, studying the types of tourists, creating business models etc. Intelligence is part and parcel of our responsibilities.
You would want us as that would help you with counter-intelligence and ensuring your technologies and intellectual properties remain with you too.
M&A Opportunity
A global technology company is actively looking to acquire cybersecurity companies outside of USA, with the following high-level criteria:
• Minimum annual revenue of USD 50 million (no upper limit)
• Approximately 700+ employees and more
• The company should not be based in the US nor be part of a US group
• Preference for companies with overlapping enterprise clients with IBM, such as
Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, etc.
In any case, let's catch up over cups of beverages -
